Frequently Asked Questions

1. Who do I contact if I want to build a fence, pool or structure on my property?
   All building requests must be presented in writing to the Architectural Committee. This committee currently consists of Sandra Roper and Carol Roper. They can be contacted through Roper Brothers Inc. at (864) 862-1263.
   
2. How do I register a grievance?
   Send a letter with complete details to our PO Box. The complaint will be discussed at a committee meeting, and action will then be taken. (You may access a copy of the grievance form on the Documents page.)
   
3. When are homeowner's dues to be paid?
   Currently, the dues are $125 and should be paid by January 31st. The HOA will send a reminder notice each year. Please remit dues to the PO Box.
   
4. What do the dues go towards?
   The dues pay for utilities for common areas (such as lighting), maintenance of common areas, and administrative costs for the HOA
